MarCom is a small, SBA-certified, Native American-owned 8(a), and woman-owned business with offices in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Butte, Montana and Fort Collins, Colorado. Founded in 2003, MarCom provides management, administrative, engineering, nuclear-operations, and health-and-safety services to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) sites around the United States. These sites include Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in New York, the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Kentucky, and Idaho National Laboratory, with heavy involvement in the Idaho Cleanup Project.
MarCom’s reputation is built on technical credibility and providing the highest caliber of qualified individuals for a diverse range of projects. We are committed to offering our clients the best possible personnel via the most cost-effective means.
MarCom was founded by Marcella Medor, a member of the Abenaki Tribe, who has 25 years of combined DOE and commercial nuclear experience, giving her the background, knowledge, and credibility to match staff capabilities with client needs.
We are committed to customer satisfaction, and our goal is to be the supplier of choice for DOE facilities. To achieve the operational excellence required to achieve this goal, we align our business systems and readily adapt our operations to help the client meet milestones and schedules.
Any issues that arise are quickly resolved, because our project managers often report directly to MarCom principals, who are intimately involved in the work being performed. Clients have direct access to MarCom personnel at the highest level of the company. Additionally, we maintain an open-door policy for our employees, allowing problems to be identified, addressed, and resolved as early in the project as possible.
